When routines activities require you to spend a lot of energy in a day, some people choose to maintain their health by exercising regularly every morning or early afternoon. Jogging is one of the cheaper options that can be done to maintain our fitness. Jogged a mile every day for thirty minutes is one good choice. At least you can feel fit body at all times. However, is it jogging quite enough to protect our health?
Certainly, it is not enough to maintain a healthy body by jogging regularly. Or in addition, we could also consider good nutrition supply to our bodies; it can be done by getting attention to the food that we will eat every day. Fitness, thus, not only depends on what kind of exercise you do, but also highly dependent on food intake through your mouth. Physical fitness is an entity that must be maintained if you are someone who has a lot of activity. This can be done in a cheaper way, and do not always have to be done in the gym. Just pay attention of two things: what you will eat today and what kind of exercise you did everyday.
God’s Most Precious Gift: Health
Health is God’s most precious gift to mankind. Unfortunately, at the same time, maintain good health is also apparently the most important things we often forget. In some case, humans are instantly caring about their health when they get sick. Sometimes people do not care about their health by doing things that not allowed for their bodies. Imagine this sort of thing that you will do every morning: you do a mile jog for 45 minutes, then after you finished, go home to eat a healthy breakfast consisting of rice, vegetables, fruit, and a glass of milk as a preparation to start the daily activities. This sort of thing is more than enough to maintain your health, however, it should be noted that you also do not do bad habits like smoking or drinking beer. Such things are also not too hard to do; you can also enjoy the fresh morning air when you do jogging which is good for your heart.
Moreover, when the world is increasingly filled with air pollution that is sometimes difficult to handle, your body requires adequate health care. However, you can run it in a way that is cheap, healthy, and useful for the sake of your body.
